How to get to the Billing Portal
If you want to update your credit card information you need to open the Billing portal on the Subscription page of your organization
Open your organization from the Profile menu (1)
Navigate to the subscription page (2)
Click on Open Billing Portal (3)
2. How to update your credit card & payment method information
When you enter the Billing Portal you find the section Current Plan on top
Next to the payment details of your current plan you can click on the pencil icon
Another way to edit the credit card information is to click on Add payment method at the Payment method section
In the next step you add your credit card details and press add
Now you see your newly added credit card at the Payment method section
The credit card charged with your subscription price is the one marked as Default
To switch to your new credit card press on the three-dot menu and click on Make default
The Default label will switch
To remove your old credit card click on the three-dot menu and press Delete
Tip: Currently we only offer to pay online by credit card. If you wish to be billed by invoice, please contact our sales team
3. How to change your Billing information
Scroll down to the section Billing information
Click on Update information
Make your updates and press Save
Your updates will be visible right aways on your Billing Portal
The updated information will taken into account with your next bill and be on your invoice and receipt
