1. How is your subscription generated
During your trial period, you can generate a subscription based on the members of your organization and their licenses
Add & check member licenses in your organization
When registering in Allex you create an organization
During or after your trial period you might want to invite some colleagues to Allex
On the member's page of your organization, you can see all members and admins
The permission of each member can be changed quickly in the permission dropdown
Before you make a subscription you should go through the member's list and check if the licenses selected per member are fitting to the job position of each member
You can easily change the license per member in the license drop down
Tip: Admins need to have either a Project Portfolio or a Resource Operations license. Members can have any of the four licenses.
2. Where and how to subscribe
If all members of your organization have the correct license change to the subscription tab in your organization
You see the option to select a yearly or monthly plan
Choose e.g. a yearly plan and press See your yearly total generated from the licenses of your members list
You will be forwarded to the checkout page of our payment provider
On the left side, you see the yearly total of your subscription
On the right side, you fill out the form with your payment details and billing address and press Subscribe
After that, you will be sent back to the subscription page in Allex, where you find access to your billing portal
