1. Project Portfolio license
With the project portfolio license everything is included, the focus is on managing multi-project environments. It is tailored for portfolio managers, project management offices or departments heads. The following features are included:

2. Projects & Tasks license
This is the second license within the project cosmos. Here project managers and project members find the perfect feature scope to handle single or multiple projects. It includes the following features:

3. Resource Operations license
This license supports team and resource managers to schedule and plan their teams, controlling capacities and managing the utilization of projects and tasks. It includes the following features:

4. Resources license
With this license team, project and portfolio managers can book people, which don't work in Allex but contribute to the project or task. Furthermore, the Resources license offers to plan & book machines for the project. This license includes the following features:
Assignments and bookings to tasks, teams and projects
Read-only access

Example: Monthly subscription with resource focus

Total = 150€ per month
3. Free trial
We offer a free trial for 30 days
The free trial starts with your registration in Allex and ends automatically
Within the trial period, you can test all features of Allex
When the free trial is over your access to our core features will be restricted until you make a subscription
4. Subscription plans
When you choose a subscription in Allex you can select between a monthly or yearly plan
Both plans need to be paid at the time you make the subscription
Monthly subscription
Your monthly subscription will start on the day you subscribe and run for 30 days
If you don't cancel your monthly subscription, it will automatically prolong for another month
Yearly subscription
Your yearly subscription will start on the day you subscribe and run for 12 months
If you don't cancel your yearly subscription one month before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically prolong for another year
Change & add license
When you need another license the admin of your organization can change the license of each member anytime in the Member section. The changes will be applied directly and your billing amount of the running plan will be pro-rated. We don't perform refunds
If you add a new member to your organization, the additional costs created will be added to your current plan and billing
Change plans
You can change between a monthly and yearly subscription
You either cancel your current subscription and make a new one or write an email to sales@allex.ai
Your change will be active at the end of your current term, we don't perform refunds
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Your cancellation will be active at the end of your subscription period
