In this article you will learn:

1. What is the Project Focus card?

  • The project focus card summarizes all the key information about a project

  • It provides a concise overview of the current status of the project and thus allows quick access to the essential information:

    • Upcoming tasks

    • Linked Projects

    • Project health chart

    • Project details

    • Booking information

    • Activity

Note

The design and structure of the project focus card is basically the same as the focus card of a task. However, the two can be easily recognized by the background of the header:

  • Project focus card - white background

  • Task fokus card - blue background

2. How and where to open the project focus card?

The project focus card is opened in the following views by clicking on the project name:

  • Portfolio

  • My tasks

  • Team board

  • Global search

3. How do I open the entire project?

In general, the entire project can always be opened from the project focus card using the Open project icon.

If more than just the information available on the project focus card is required, there are two ways to open the entire project:

  • From the project focus card

  • Directly from several views

    • Portfolio

    • My tasks

    • Team board

    • Global search

In both cases, the Open project icon is available:

  • It is located in the header at the top right of the project focus card.

Click on the Open project icon.

  • In the views, it is located in the columns with the project names. It is displayed when the mouse is moved over a project name.

Move the mouse over the name of the project and click on the Open project icon.

The project will always open in a new tab.
