1. Create Your Organization

Start by setting up your organization structure in Allex. This will be the foundation for your entire setup.

2. Set Up Your Calendars

Define your organization-wide calendar to align holidays and company vacations for your members, resources and projects. Create roles found within your organization which will be assigned to resources.

3. Creating Working Time Models and Define Roles

Working time models define how many hours and on which days your team members work in a week. You can set up different models for full-time, part-time, or shift workers. Additionally, you can create different roles which exist cross your organization. The working time models and roles can be assigned to the single resources in the team boards.

4. Add Members and Give Permissions

Ensure collogues have been invited to the Allex platform with the appropriate permissions for their role.

5. Create Team boards and Assign Resources

Group your resources into teams to simplify planning and improve clarity across your organization.

6. Create a Template

Save time by creating templates for recurring project types. Templates allow you to easily reuse workflows and structures.
