Go to My Tasks or My Day in the My work area
Next to project tasks you find your personal tasks
You can create them in the insertion field on top
To have a good overview of your personal tasks, sort the list by project name
2. How to move a personal task to a project
There are two ways to add a personal task to a project:
1. Drag and drop the task to a project
A quick way to add a personal task/summary task/milestone to a project is to just drag the task onto one of the projects in your sidebar sections and drop it
When adding a task to a project, the task appears at the bottom of the task list
All information of the task, e.g. dates will be transferred
Just drag and drop the task along the list or netplan to put it in the right place in your project plan
2. Add to project via list or task menu
Press on +Add to project in the list or
Open the three-dot menu at the end of the task line
Select Move to project
Search for a project or select one from the list
The projects in the list are either your personal projects or projects from the organizations you are a member in

Now you can continue to plan your projects
