1. Where to find invoices

  • As an admin of your organization in Allex you can have a look at your subscription invoices at any time and download them

  • Open the subscription page

  • Click on Open Billing Portal

  • Scroll all the way down to the section Invoice History

  • Here you see a list of all invoices with payment status from previous billing times

2. How to download invoices

  • Click on the Download icon right from the invoice date

  • A new windows opens and you can view the invoice details

  • Choose Download invoice and click on it

  • The download will start right away in your browser

  • You will find the invoice in your download folder named by your invoice number
