1. When should I change my password?
In most cases where there are security guidelines, the regular changing of passwords is prescribed as a safety measure.
If no security guidelines are specified, it is still advisable to change the password regularly for security reasons.
2. Where can I change my password?
Change your password in your profile settings.
Click on your profile picture in the bottom left-hand corner
Enter the new password - follow the guidelines for a secure password
Confirm the new password by entering it again
Click on Save
A message informs you that the password has been successfully changed:
3. How and where can I reset my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and set a new one.
Enter your email address and click on Send
You will receive an email from Allex with instructions on how to reset your password .In the email you receive, click on Reset my password
A dialog is displayed in the browser in which the new password is entered
Enter the new password and confirm it afterward - follow the guidelines for a secure password
Click on Reset
You will be automatically logged in to Allex with the new password.
