A customizable task list.
A calendar view of tasks for time-based planning.
To book a resource using Planner view, drag-and-drop the resource from the resource panel directly onto a task.

2. How do I book resources in Planner view?
Use Planner view to filter, organize, and allocate your team’s resources efficiently.

Booking resources in Planner view:
Book resources to a task with drag and drop:
Locate the desired resource in the resources panel
Drag the resource to either the List or Calendar panels until the desired task is highlighted.
Drop the resource onto the task.
The assigned resource will then appear in the Booked resource column.
3. Who can use Planner view?

Users with Editing or Admin rights to the team board can drag-and-drop any resource onto any task within that board.
Users with Editing or Admin rights to individual tasks can only drag-and-drop resources onto tasks they have permission to.
